It is time for celebrating Virgen del Carmen in Nerja:
- July 15, starting at 7:30pm: Local people visit the church of El Salvador to make offerings
- July 16, evening: Procession of the Virgen del Carmen (after a service in church of El Salvador at 6pm)
- July 17, evening: Open air party with music and food, open to all, from around 10pm, Plaza de los Cangrejos
