This was a super holiday. The house is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen (great if you want to cook dinner) and has things like olive oil, salt, pepper and tea in the kitchen too. The private garden is adorable to sit in and the lemon tree produces very nice lemons. Supermarket across the road and a beautiful pool area. We only used 1 bedroom but it has 2 and would be very comfortable for a family with kids or 2 couples. Highly recommended! Lars left us lots of information and the hotel we collected the keys from knew all about the apartment – very straightforward and excellent.

We are a family of four, our children are 2 and 6 years old. We were very happy with this magnificent house. Everything you need is available and the apartment is well furnished. The beautiful pictures already show how pretty the facility is. The supermarket directly opposite is convenient. Also, the location in Nerja is very nice, the beach is around 10 minutes downhill. For the center of Nerja, which is beautiful, car-free and idyllic, you need to walk about 30 minutes. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back!

Wir, vierköpfige Familie, unsere Kinder sind 2 und 6 Jahre alt, waren sehr gern in dem herrlichen Haus. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet. Die schönen Fotos zeigen ja bereits, wie hübsch die Einrichtung ist. Supermarkt direkt gegenüber ist praktisch. Auch der Ort Nerja ist sehr nett, zum Strand geht man etwa 10 Minuten bergab. Ins Zentrum von Nerja, das wunderschön ist, autofrei und idyllisch, braucht man zu Fuß etwa 30 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gern wieder kommen!

We had really a beautiful stay in the apartement of Lars. It`s modern, though very cosy, provides enough space for 4 and even outmatched our idea of andalusian holiday. Lars takes care of his guests, provides detailed information of Nerja and surroundings and spares no effort to make everything easy and uncomplicated for you. Thanks again at this point. The apartement is located at the east of Nerja with the supermarket just around the corner and 10-15min walking distance to Burriana beach. Although you walk a bit to the center (Balcon de Europa), it was of no problem, since you get to know Nerja better. If I had to choose again, this place would be my option!

Excellent home. Fully consistent with the description. Many utensils. Home appliances in order. Clean. Bathrooms on both floors , it is recommended for families with children or a company of up to four people. There is a small cozy patio outside with table, chairs and umbrella . Great place for breakfast or evening gatherings . Wi-fi without problems. In walking distance of two supermarkets . The house has free parking for tenants . The beach is 10 minutes on foot. It may seem far away, but with a car it does not matter.

Отличный дом. Полностью соответствует описанию. Много посуды. Бытовая техника в порядке.Чисто. Санузлы на обоих этажах, Рекомендую для семьи с детьми или компании до четырех человек. Есть небольшой уютный дворик на улице со столом, стульями и зонтиком. Отличное место для завтрака или вечерних посиделок. Wi-fi без проблем. В шаговой доступности два супермаркета. У дома есть бесплатная автопарковка для жильцов. До пляжа 10 мин. пешком. Может показаться далеко, но с машиной это неважно.

Nerja is a resort that is not dominated by concrete blocks which have disfigured the Andalusian coast, but far from the idyllic image of a small fishing village. Consequently, it may be a good holiday destination for a couple with two young children. The apartment is elegant and functional, and the wifi works well. The bathroom is spacious. The best part is the courtyard where is a pleasure to have breakfast or dinner. Another advantage is the proximity of supermarkets. On the other hand, the beach is relatively far away (difficult walk, a car is highly recommended) and crowded.

Excellent tapas at Los Arcos. Coffee on the Balcon de Europa at Hotel La Marriselle. The Cueva de Nerja were spectacular. A trip to Frigilana on market day (Thursday) and more excellent tapas there.

We booked this accommodation and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in this beautiful townhouse.
The facilities were fantastic. We had view of the pool from the balcony and use of the pool and hotel facilities which was very useful for lunch!
The pool was right beside us and very clean and nice to use with sunbeds available. Great for a relaxing day in the sun!
The accomodation itself was spotless with all amenities. The terrace provided the perfect place to come back to and relax with a glass of sangria!
The owner is obviously very proud of his property and this is reflected in the quality and cleanliness of the place for your stay – you will not be dissappointed.
For our stay, we had a car and there is even private parking provided – right beside the door of the property.
Tips for other travellers
Burriana beach is the closest to the property but there is a bit of a hill coming back. Get to the beach early if you want a sunbed without any hassle!(you can reserve your sunbeds for the next day whilst there)
There are two supermarkets right beside the property;
1. Mercadona (right in front of the property) but this is closed on Sunday.
2. Supersol is just across the road and is open every day. (best selection of fruit is here)
Try the ‘Cave Bar’ which is located approx 5 mins walk away in Capistrano urbanisacion just across the road at the roundabout beside the property.
